Garden Thank You

Good morning! A couple days ago I shared a card I made using a new item from the New Beginnings Release from Simon Says Stamp - the darling Spring Seeds Stamp set. It was such an easy and fun layout, that I decided to make another card using another image from the same stamp set and some different colors and pattern paper. I love how different two cards with a nearly identical layout can be just by changing up the colors!

I also used another sentiment from a different set that I had discovered fit inside the banner - this time from Thankful Heart, a stamp set from one of the monthly card kits last fall, still available separately. I'm fairly certain it is impossible for me to get tired of plaids - and this one from Jen Hatfield's 6x6 Simple Life paper pad is lovely! As I often do, I colored my image to match the pattern paper so they would blend together perfectly.

I used a Stitched Banner again, and once the image was colored I also covered each detail with Glossy Accents. Same finishing touches - a bit of jute twine and a few Pretty Pink Posh Pewter sequins.

Also linking this up with a couple challenges - the brand new Work It Wednesday Challenge - the Theme is Spring:

Fabulous Blue Birthday

Good morning! Stopping by today to share a monochromatic Reverse Confetti card, and a fun little trick I discovered to add a fun little added element to the Large Eyelet Cover Panel!

I die cut it once from Baby Blue cardstock and once from white. I trimmed a bit off the top and right side of the white piece, then adhered them together slightly offset. I love the fun 3D effect it gives! I then mounted that panel with foam adhesive over a card base of Mist cardstock.

I then used You're So stamp set and Confetti Cuts to build my sentiment, adding a banner from Greetings Frame Confetti Cuts. I covered the "fabulous" word die with Glossy Accents and sprinkled on some distress glitter to make it sparkle!

Here are the Reverse Confetti supplies I used on this card - click on any of the photos to get a closer look at anything:
